Ensure the default security group of every VPC restricts all traffic

1. Navigate to VPC console
2. Click on the security Groups on the left panel
3. Select Inbound Rules tab and click on Edit
4. Remove the default rule
5. Select Outbound Rules tab and click on Edit
6. Remove the default rule

This has to be done for all regions
